Bulldog are now offering the latest version of their proven MC100 Chain Lock System to people who take security of their mountain bike seriously.

With 20 years experience of manufacturing safety and security products Bulldog do not use padlocks which can be vulnerable to attack, instead they have developed their own unique locking solution. The Bulldog Super Bolt is one inch (25.4mm) diameter and manufactured from case hardened steel and incorporates a 10 pin drill and pick resistant lock.

The MC100 kit consists of a 4ft (1.2m) long Boron alloy steel chain, 13mm diameter and case hardened to withstand bolt cropping. The chain is sheathed in a bright red woven fabric cover to create a highly visible deterrent and also to protect the bike.

A specially shaped ribbed steel socket is supplied which is concreted into the ground, flush with floor level, where the bike is to be stored.

The chain can be wrapped around the bike frame, then the 16mm diameter end links can be locked to the floor using the Bulldog Super Bolt.

To further enhance the uses of the chain a lock cap is supplied to fit the Super Bolt which enables the chain to be used as a convenient but secure portable loop.

Independently attack tested, the MC100 carries Sold Secure Approval.
