Bulldog have recently introduced the new complete stabiliser and security package, the 500Q, combining the benefits of the Winterhoff class leading WS3000 Stabiliser Hitch plus Sold Secure approved Bulldog Hitchlock.

The WS3000 Hitch Stabiliser utilises a single lever for coupling and stabilising for quick and effortless hitching and unhitching.

Generously dimensioned spring assemblies press internal friction pads tightly against the towball when the lever is fully lowered. The easy to replace pads are specially arranged to provide rolling and pitching damping as well as anti snaking control.

With the Stabiliser lever in the open position there is sufficient clearance to the rear of the vehicle allowing for spare wheels on 4 wheel drives.

Slender compact design ensures excellent angular flexibility when manoeuvring and the integral bump stop protects the bumper when hitching up. An easy to read wear indicator is also incorporated. The low self weight Stabiliser is rated to 3000 kg trailer loads and can be retro fitted to all types of trailer.

Also in the 500Q package is a Sold Secure approved Hitchlock consisting of a hardened steel brace to lock the Stabiliser handle down to prevent the caravan being hitched up and towed away when left unattended. It can also be used when hitched for instance when left at a motorway service areas as well as in conjunction with a Bulldog Lock Post for the ultimate security whilst the caravan is in storage.
